30 Minute HIIT Burn Workout

  • (50/10) Skipping
  1. Squat Jump
  2. High Knees
  3. Low Jack
  4. Side Plank Reach-Right Reach under & then up, 5lbs
  5. Side Plank Reach-Left
  6. Burpee
  7. Sumo Squat Twist-Right Standing, do deep squat & then twist toward 1 side
  8. Sumo Squat Twist-Left
  9. Curtsy Lunge
  10. Dips
  11. Decline Shoulder Tap Pushup
  12. Reverse Plank Leg Lift Lifting straight legs straight up.
  13. Low Jack
  14. High Knees
  15. Squat Jump


Standing & fundamentals, my tiny bit of 2nd, back bending & finishing.

OK now I’m just a bit disappointed that the kapo is really gone. I doubt it’s coming back without a studio & a teacher too. The wrist binds on pashasana & supta kurmasana haven’t come back, after all. I’ll have to live wid it.
