  • Skipping (50/10) for a 20-min round
  • 2 rounds with a 2-min break (2 minutes is too long a break, but I thought I’d need it.)
  1. Wide arm push-up
  2. Straight abs / raised leg crunches
  3. Flies, on bench, 30lbs
  4. Overheard pull, 20lbs
  5. Deadlift, 40lbs
  6. Clean & press, squat & press
  7. Pistol squats, L Next time, the pistol squats should go first
  8. Other side
  9. Elevated triceps push-up & knee to opp elbow touch
  10. Superman (shalabhasana lift) Maybe swings with the 35-lb kettlebell next time


  • Suryas & fundamentals
  • Standing arches (15/40) Time = 10:05
  • Virasana, supta v, malasana
  • Urdhva D regular to standing
  • Drop backs – 3 & 1 tick
  • Finishing – all the regular ashtanga poses
