#meditation is both the hardest & easiest, most simple thing

I think I finally understand asana.

As I was settling into padmasana, an internal voice, Now you take your seat. Aha! Meditation has become my number 1 task priority, and accordingly it happens first thing after caffeination.

I’ve gone back to switching my leg order half way through though. It just makes things more pleasant and thus the extreme focus of the 2nd half easier to find.
