45 56Min Live HIIT Workout video starts after 7:15

Three 16-min rounds with 2min for rest & notes in between = 56min, so 1 hour with transition time to yoga, taking off sneaks & rearranging.

Cardio: jumpovers / skipping

  1. Fast squats, over bench, so bum touches lightly, moving fast
  2. Alt pistol squats
  3. Pull-ups, overhand
  4. Chin-ups
  5. Goblet squat & press up, 30lbs
  6. Elevated push-up & then knee in, alt sides
  7. Tricep kickback with pulse, 20lbs
  8. Tuck abs, 5lbs

Cardio: competition burpees / single arm clean & press, 20lbs

  1. Fast squats, over bench
  2. Swimmers
  3. Pull-ups, overhand
  4. Chin-ups
  5. Goblet squat & press up, 30lbs
  6. Elevated push-up & then knee in, alt sides
  7. Tricep kickback with pulse, 20lbs
  8. Temple tap abs

Cardio: swings – 35lb kettlebell / mat jumps / skip

  1. Fast squats, over bench
  2. Deadlift 40lbs
  3. Pull-ups, overhand
  4. Chin-ups
  5. Goblet squat & press up, 30lbs
  6. Elevated push-up & then knee in, alt sides
  7. Reclined tricep, 20lbs
  8. Reverse curls on bench

Asana

  • Back bending intervals, 18min in 30/45. The marichyasanas no vinyasa & some finishing poses.
